Join us as a vendor at our 5th annual Miles-4-Smiles Race and Family Fun Festival. We are seeking vendors of all types including local businesses, home party representatives, direct sales vendors, crafters, artists, etc. Below are details about our event.

7 am - 11 am ~ Admission and parking are free
10x10 booths - $30.00
10x20 booths - $50.00
10x10 booth, plus advertisement on Amanda Riley Foundation Website for 60 days - $75.00
Purpose: To raise funds for the Amanda Riley Foundation which provides for Children Battling Cancer.
Activities: 5K, 10K and Mile Fun Run starting at 7:00. music, vendors, inflatables and much more.-
Check-in: Exhibitors should arrive by 7:00AM. We ask that all exhibitors complete setup by 7:30 am. When you arrive at Tribble Mill Park, please follow the signs to the Vendor Registration Area. Booth space will be indicated by signs. Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation will allow vehicles on the grassy areas for loading and un-loading. However NO VEHICLES will be permitted on the grassy areas between 7:30AM and 11PM. This policy will be strictly enforced.
Setup: Please bring your own tables, chairs, signs, tents, crates and any other supplies you may need. Vehicles must be off grass for set up by 7:30AM. Please unload, park in designated vendor parking and return to your booth to continue setup. GHS requests that exhibitors stay for the entire festival.
Breakdown No vehicles will be permitted in the festival area before 11am. Please thoroughly clean your space and any debris before departing.
- This is a rain or shine event; there is no rain date for this festival.
- No telephone is available at the park. Restroom facilities are located in the park.
- All booth spaces receive at least partial sun; there may be no significant shade. You are strongly encouraged to bring a 10x10 tent to provide shade for your booth.
- No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the park.
- Please bring dollies or hand trucks.
- Exhibitors may not share booth space with other business/organizations without prior approval
